We are the worst, and dumbest, team in baseball. We got nothing in this trade. Cuban, our only hope, is now vying for the Cubs. This has $$ savings written all over it. We had a great offensive team in place, especially outfield. Nutting is saving money to pay for Alvarez. This team was 2 very good pitchers away from being a playoff team. Why not keep everything in place, trade--and pay for 2 outstanding pitchers and have a competitive team today and continue to build through the draft. This team would have been young, and competitive for years to come--yes, even championship caliber. Nutting is trying to buy his next Seven Springs deal through the Pittsburgh baseball fans. What a shame!!! I'll never go again after this chincy move!!!
