My Bio

A Bucco fan since my dad began taking me to Old Forbes Field in 1968 at the tender age of 5. We went often and he explained the subleties and nuances of the game. I still have the 1st felt Black and Gold trimmed, triangle shaped pennant that hung on my wall through my formative years. We went to 4 World Series Games 2 each in Baltimore and Three Rivers in 71. Then again in 79. I hold out hope that these Buccos will return to the winning traditions of my youth. After 10  years I left my position at the White House in 2006 and returned home for good to assist in the care of my mom. A Steelers season ticket holder since my dad and uncle got them in 1970. I have not earned the right yet to consider or call my self a full fledged Pens fan out of respect to those that truly are fans of the next great Sports Dynasty this city will have to cheer. Having had the opportunity to travel the world several times over I am proud to say "There's no place like home.".

    Nice movie by the way....

    For the rest of you, this is a movie that Madturk created and BK asked me to see if I could get on line.  Now if only the link works from the blog.
