Hi, The other morning i noticed a spider like web on brown (tan) spots on my grass. When touched they "melted" and when watered they "melted". Looking at the grass today these spots appear to be grass which id dying or dead. Is there a treatment to restore these areas or just reseed and/or fertilize them? Thank You

Moved to the Pittsburgh area about 3 years ago and for the past 2 years have quite alot of grasshoppers in the grass and in the shrubbery beds.
