&lt;p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small;"&gt;&lt;font face="Times New Roman"&gt;North Shore Connector --- Light reflects on the rings of concrete sections making up one of the tunnels for the North Shore Connector.&lt;span style="mso-spacerun:yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;This is the bottom of the tunnel beneath the Allegheny River, where the tunnel levels off and starts to climb toward the North Shore.&lt;span style="mso-spacerun:yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
