I thought it was the best speech I've heard from her yet. It was exactly what she needed to say...and more. I've not been the biggest Hillary fan in the world (an understatement), but last night she appeared very classy. Way to go Hillary!

Clinton's speech was utterly brilliant and one of the finest political speeches in recent history.  It was a testament to her strength and class.  She did her best to convert her supporters to a pro-Obama position, but her speech probably only succeeded in making her supporters even more saddened at her "loss."  If he wins, Obama would do well appointing her Secretary of State.

I agree that Clinton's speech was terrific. If I were Obama, I would worry about what I could say that could top that.

If he comes in with some more tired rhetoric, he's doomed.

I find it so interesting that Mark Warner was the keynote speaker and we, and the media can only talk about Hillary. He, Mark Warner, did absolutely nothing for me. He was actually quite dull and uninspiring. But she is a force in the Democratic Party and gave the most incredible speech. I find her to be so inspiring and it makes me proud to be a woman. But it did not sway my opinion of Obama, he is an eloquent speaker but too inexperienced for my taste.

She did a great job in showing those at the DNC that they have indeed picked the wrong candidate.

Hillary did exactly what she needed to do and she did it sincerely and passionately.  Those who were disappointed and angry that she didn't win the race against Obama now need to listen to her wisdom and get on board with the Democratic nominee.  I was one who supported her bid but now I know it is clearly time to give total and full support to Obama.  As Hillary said, the stakes are much too high to hang on to bitterness and remorse.  The last thing I want to see happen is for the country to suffer four more years of Republican misguidedness.  It has truly been horrible to have such a president as Bush.

Even if the Republicans had nominated Jesus Christ himself as their presidential candidate, I think I would still vote for Obama as punishment and retribution for the horrors and shame the Republicans have brought our wonderful country in the past eight years.  Please understand that I am not saying Obama is our Salvation, but the Republicans gotta go.
