It's still possible to get to a couple of places around Pittsburgh without being detoured or held up by construction. Somebody is slipping because not all of our roadways are under construction at this very same time.
I figure that if you planned a little better, you could successfully hinder anybody getting from here to anywhere. There are more main roads to tear up, and then their alternate routes are ripe for tearing up at the same time. You're doing a decent job of this now, but there are still opportunities out there.
