A guest appearance

My Main Man Mike Kovak at the Washington (Pa.) Observer-Reporter is an awesome guy, solid reporter and very good writer -- even if his photo below and to the right is from, like, 10 years ago and he looks a little a whole lot nerdy.

Anyhow, he's much cooler looking in person, kind of looks like this now.

Back to the issue at hand. Kovak welcomed me with open arms, allowing me to write a guest blog post on his tremendous blog, The Varsity Letters at the O-R website. In that blog post, I bashed Kovak for a list on his blog in which he ranks the best sports movies of all time.

I was offended that Mr. Kovak failed to rank 'All the Right Moves' in his top 10. As I explained in the post, and have explained before, it isn't just a great movie, but the best sports movie ever made.
