So, who is it this coming year?

This guy isn't around any more --- we all know that, he's in Columbus now.

THE MAN!

So we've advanced to a new era in Western Pennsylvania football. Call it A.P. --- After Pryor.

Now, looking ahead (and as crazy it might seem, the opening night of the football season is a mere 52 days away) who is next? 

Who are going to be this year's studs?

Gateway's duo of Corey Brown and Dorian Bell, perhaps?

Penn Hills' Dan Mason and Brandon Ifill?

Seneca Valley rocket armed QB C.J. Brown?

Will the best player in the area still reside in Jeannette? Will it be Jordan Hall?

What about Beaver Falls' Todd Thomas? He can really play, right?

So, to kind of open it up with our new blog -- and look ahead to the season -- take a couple minutes, sign up for an account (it cannot be too hard if an idiot like me did it) and tell everyone who you feel will be THE MAN this year.

I think we all knew that Jeannette was a lot more than Pryor last year.

Scruff is tough Colin, beware! (Hi Scruff)

I got to go with Jordan Hall naturally! but there is gonna be plenty of great players this year. I'll be keeping an eye on the Gateway duo as well, and how about Monte Ashby at EA. I believe he had 127 yds against us last season, very good running back, but they were only able to put 6 points on the board and that wasn't until late in the 4th qtr. Which I believe is what scruff was trying to relay, more than just Terrelle our defense was pretty tough last season also. And with most of those guys returning, like Chris Hall (Big C), Sammy Moore, and 6'1" 223lb - Dezon Hall (Yes another Hall, and there's one to watch by the way), it make's my standout pick a little hard to pick, know what I mean?

Either way you look at it, it's gonna be a great season. And yes we're all ready for it in J-town!
