Who says Republicans don't dance? I shot this video shortly before Rudolph Giulliani addressed the convention. The delegates were certainly having a good time.

Republicans put Gov. Palin's family front and center last night, directly before the cameras. So here they are. In the first clip, you'll see son Track, 19 (who's to be deployed to Iraq later this month); daughter Willow, 14 (who's holding her baby brother Trig); and daughter Piper, 7. Also in the clip is Cindy McCain, wife of Sen. John McCain. Palin's husband Todd joins the crew in the second clip. In the final clip, Bristol Palin, 17, holds hands with boyfriend Levi Johnson. This is the young couple so much in the news this week.

I saw the Pennsylvania delegation twirling Terrible Towels during Joe Lieberman's speech on Tuesday night, but I was too far away to make a decent video. Sarah Palin went on the attack Wednesday night. I stood near the New Jersey delegation, which whooped and cheered during each verbal jab at Barack Obama.

We haven't heard (or seen) much of the president here in St. Paul, but last night he couldn't be ignored. He was as large as a two-story house as he addressed the convention by video hookup. While waiting for things to get started here today, I've put together this short clip of highlights.

This is Alaska Gov. Palin's big day -- tonight she addresses the convention, and the nation. So I asked two members of the Alaska delegation to talk about Gov. Palin, and the news of her daughter's pregnancy. Here are Mel Krogseng and Gene Brokaw.
