Yeah, I'd say the same thing years ago about Genesis and a Phil Collins solo song. I mean, not much difference between "Invisible Touch" and "Sussudio".

I don't agree there ever needed to be a Rock Hall of Fame in the first place, but since there is one yeah Genesis should have been in there long ago. Even based on the Phil Collins lead singer era.

Funny, a friend and I just were discussing Gabriel yesterday.

I raised the question why is Gabriel's "In Your Eyes" such a chick song? I swear that song must be the favorite of every female in their mid 20s to mid 30s. Probably played every hour on 92.9, the "Chick Station", along with John Mayer's catalog, etc. :)

Don't tell me Neko case is covering Hall & Oates now.. ("Maneater").

Seriously, I never really listened to her until this year. I was really impressed at first. She's different and unique. But nothing I want to hear on a repeated basis. You can't sing along to her tunes very much. :)
