Beastie Boys add Youngstown show

-- Imagine a concert bill of the Beastie Boys, Ben Harper, Crosby & Nash and Tenacious D. If you live in Milwaukee, you don't do have to, cause it's really happening. They will perform Nov. 2 as part of a Swing State Voter Awareness Tour.

How hilarious is it for the one of the most irreverent acts in pop music (Tenacious D) to share a stage with one of the most earnest (C&N)? A foursome there is a must. The Beasties are also bringing the tour to Richmond Oct. 28 and to St. Paul on Nov. 1.

A new show has been added for Youngstown on Oct. 29 at 7 p.m. with the Beastie Boys, Ben Harper, Sheryl Crow and Norah Jones. Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. at livenation.com and Ticketmaster locations. Tickets are $36.50.

The idea is to just Rock the Vote. There's no mention of either party, but we can probably guess where they stand.

- The Pittsburgh hip-hop scene, already on the rise with Wiz Khalifa and S. Money, is about to get a new injection of life from Formula 412 (led by Masai Turner), who drop a new album on Oct. 24. In the meantime, you must see the video. It's hot! Check it out at here.
