Frank Coonelly expresses optimism that the Jason Bay trade still could be a good one in his monthly chat on the Pirates' official site.
The Pirates, Giants and Rays were the only teams in baseball that did not raise ticket prices going into 2008, according to USA Today. The Pirates' streak of not raising prices -- which goes back to 2002 and Bottled-watergate -- is the longest in the sport.
