If anyone has seen this man, pictured at left, please notify the authorities immediately.
He was last seen getting two save opportunities in a month -- since rejoining the Pirates' lineup Aug. 24 -- and has pitched quite well since then, though not with the results any closer ultimately seeks.
Four hours till first pitch ...

UPDATE 3:45 p.m.: Jack Wilson has been cleared to pinch-hit as early as tonight. He will not play defense the rest of the season.
4:21 p.m.: John Russell just addressed, in his daily media gathering, the comments Doug Mientkiewicz made to the Post-Gazette last night about the Pirates having an "embarrassing" effort:
"It's frustrating when you lose," Russell said. "When you come off a big three-game sweep of St. Louis, and then we scuffled a bit and we didn't play a very good baseball game last night. Dougie's an emotional guy. He takes things to heart. Those are the kinds of guys, with that passion, that you like to have. As far as seeing the club quit, as far as throwing the towel in, no, I don't see that. When you play games like that, from the outside looking in, it's kind of easy to point that finger. But these guys have really fought and really tried to the best they can. I'm very pleased with the work we've put in. I don't fault Doug for being passionate about the game. If you catch him in a moment after the game where he's still hot, he's a vocal guy, and the frustration will come out sometimes."
For the record, I waited roughly a half-hour from the final out to approach Mientkiewicz.
I asked Russell what was the best way for the Pirates to answer that effort tonight.
"Come out with a little bit more intensity, a little bit more focus than last night," he answered. "You've got to avoid the trap that you get into when you get down early, like, 'Here we go again.' We've talked about it as a staff, and we'll push it on the players again today: We've got to go one inning at a time. We've got to fight to the end, like we have all year. We've had our moments this season. But you know what? It's only been a handful of games. And that's a tribute to what we've accomplished here. I don't foresee that leaving us just because we're winding down the season. ... When you're down, 8-0, it's tough to motivate yourself. But these guys have done a very good job of it all year. We've had our moments, and last night was one of those moments. You can't count too many games where we've looked like a pertty bad team. I suspect today these guys will come out with a new attitude, a little bit more fire. I've never been disappointed with the effort."
4:36 p.m.: The Pirates announced they will move their Class A affiliate to Charleston, W.Va., to the team known as the West Virginia Power, effective next season. The low A affiliate had been in Hickory, N.C.
"We are very pleased to move to Charleston and re-establish Pirates roots with a great community," Neal Huntington said in a statement. "It is an opportunity for us to have another of our affiliates close to Pittsburgh , be associated with a quality ownership and front office group and develop players in a beautiful facility."
The Pirates had an affiliate in Charleston for much of the 1970s.
