Senator Obama's $250,000 threshhold on income, before being additionally taxed is misunderstood...even by him, I think.  Joe the Plumber would have to spin quite a few wrenches around pipes to achieve a NET INCOME of $250,000--which would be his TAXABLE INCOME.

In a small business, a NET INCOME of $250,000 would require a GROSS INCOME of generally between $2,000,000 to $5,000,000.

Any business has EXPENSES.  EXPENSES are DEDUCTED from RECEIPTS or INCOME.

I am amazed that no one has picked up on this...
