Notes:

-Marc-Andre Fleury (11-7-0, 2.67 GAA, .899 SV%) and Johan Hedberg (4-1-0, 2.63 GAA, .923 SV%) are your scheduled starters in net.

-For the Penguins, forward Sidney Crosby (illness) and defenseman Brooks Orpik (undisclosed) are probable. Defenseman Alex Goligoski ("lower-body) is out. Forward Tyler Kennedy (groin), forward Chris Kunitz ("lower body"), defenseman Kris Letang (shoulder) and defenseman Jay McKee (finger) are on injured reserve.

-For the Thrashers, goaltender Kari Lehtonen (back), defenseman Noah Welch (ankle) and defenseman Boris Valabik (ankle) are on injured reserve.

-These aren't the same old pushover Thrashers.

-Welcome back Brooks Orpik.

-"You got to know when he’s on the ice." - Johan Hedberg on Sidney Crosby.

-Disgruntled in Buffalo, forward Maxim Afinogenov has found a home in Atlanta.
