Crosby carries Olympic Torch - 11-18-09

Sidney Crosby (above) carried the Olympic Torch through Halifax, N.S. this evening. We're still looking from some video. If you can help us out, don't hesitate to e-mail.

Update: As you can tell from these videos, Crosby is kind of a big deal up there:

I'm waiting for the report saying he was injured while carrying the torch and will be out for 2 weeks.

Nice zingers here boys.

Judging from the videos...this really looks like a cluster you-know-what.

And not to be a hater...but mittens?  Really Winter Olympics?  Mittens?

Brando:

I can't take credit - Seth started it with his breaking story of Sid being in the relay awhile ago... I'm just happy I got to throw the pass on the assist! LOL

That said, just saw the added videos, and saw the mittens immediately! It has to be "standard" equipment... at least hopefully!
