Penguins forward Tyler Kennedy (above) is expected to play tonight in Anaheim. He has missed the past three games due to an undisclosed injury.
Kennedy has six points (five goals, one assists) in 11 games this season. He is the NHL's co-leader (along with four other players) with three game-winning goals.
According to Shelly Anderson, Kennedy practiced primarily on a line with Craig Adams and Matt Cooke this morning. Pascal Dupuis had taken regular shifts on that line the past three games in place of Kennedy.
EN Says: For a team that had trouble scoring goals against the Wild Saturday, adding Kennedy to the line up will be a big help.
We're interested to see who gets benched in favor of Kennedy. We assume it will be Chris Conner.
