-Detroit defenseman Andreas Lilja is dealing with a cuncussion and knee ailment.
-Red Wings foward and former Penguin Marian Hossa is expected to play tonight after missing two games due to a stiff neck.
-Predators forward and captain Jason Arnott has asked his team's management to add some offense by tomorrow's trade deadline.
-Nashville mayor Karl Dean wants to unleash the horror of the 2015 All-Star Lame Game to his city.
Northwest Division
-Oilers forward Ethan Moreau will not need surgery after suffering an eye injury Saturday.
-The Canucks put defenseman Lawrence Nycholat on waivers.
-Avalanche forwards Milan Hejduk and Ryan Smyth both said management has not asked them about waiving their no-trade clauses.

Pacific Division
-Dallas officially put forward Sean Avery (right) on re-entry waivers.
-The Stars demoted forward Raymond Sawada to Manitoba of the AHL.
-Dallas forward Steve Ott was officially suspended one game for trying to gouge the eye of Anaheim forward Travis Moen Saturday. Ott served that suspension by missing Sunday's game against the Penguins.
-The Kings recalled forward Oscar Moeller from Manchester of the AHL.
-Los Angeles put defenseman Tom Preissing on waivers.
-Don't expect Anaheim defenseman Scott Niedermayer or Los Angeles defenseman Sean O'Donnell to go anywhere tomorrow.
-The departure of forward Chris Kunitz to the Penguins has created an opportunity for Ducks forward Drew Miller.
-The Coyotes recalled forward Kyle Turris from San Antonio of the AHL. Phoenix also put forward Steve Goertzen on waivers.
