Central Division
-Shootout goals by T.J. Oshie and Brad Boyes gave the Blues a 5-4 win at Boston. David Backes scored a goal with one second left in regulation to tie the game for St. Louis. Backes and David Perron each had a goal and an assist for the Blues. The Bruins got a goal and an assist each from P.J. Axelsson and Zdeno Chara.

-A Blackhawks fan won $1 million when Martin Havlat scored at exactly 10 minutes into the second period last night.
-Blue Jackets forward Rick Nash became his franchise's career scoring leader Sunday night.
-Columbus rookie forward Nikita Filatov is dealing with a leg injury.
Northwest Division
-Marek Zidlicky had two goals and an assist for the Wild in a 4-1 win at Chicago. Teammate Mikko Koivu added a goal and two assists while Niklas Backstrom made 41 saves in the win.
-We couldn't find it until a day later, but here's the jersey retirement ceremony for Oilers legend Glenn Anderson:
-The Oilers demoted forward Ryan Potulny to Springfield of the AHL.
-The Wild recalled forward Danny Irmen from Houston of the AHL.
-Flames captain Jarome Iginla and Barack Obama have a lot in common. And not just because of their race.

Pacific Division
-Claude Lemieux is back in the NHL. No really. The Sharks recalled the 43-year-old forward from Worcester of the AHL. With Lemieux in the NHL, the club demoted forwards Tom Cavanagh and Brad Staubitz to Worcester and put defenseman Brad Lukowich on injured reserve.
-Lemieux's return to the NHL did not go unnoticed in Detroit. The Sharks and Red Wings meet at Joe Louis Arena, Feb. 25.
-The Stars put former Penguins forward Landon Wilson on injured reserve due to an "upper-body" injury.
-The Coyotes demoted defenseman David Schlemko to San Antonio of the AHL.

Is it just me or does Peter Forsberg look like Chuck Norris in that pic...
Seeing you list transactions for Irmen and Potulny side by side takes me back several years. The two of them played together through High School in Grand Forks ND, two years in Lincoln In the USHL and three years at Minnesota in college.
Now they're involved in NHL transactions on the same day (though not in the same direction).
It's nice to see a couple of great kids get a chance.
