Winter Classic stuff - 1-2-09

Pardon our highly original headline and the lack of effort with this post. We're not feeling too sharp after two live blogs yesterday. If Milan Kraft was blogging a follow up to the Winter Classic, it would come out like this. And it would be in Czech we're willing to bet as well.

Can we openly campaign for another Winter Classic involving the Penguins? Is that selfish? Is it even more selfish to campaign for to be here in Pittsburgh? We know it's not likely. The NHL will probably pursue larger markets like New York or Boston next season. And the conducting one of these things is an enormous logistical undertaking for any team, let alone one a season and a half away from moving into a new building.

But we so want to hear John Barbero and Jeff Jimerson in Heinz Field.
