In less than one hour, there will be 19 days left until election day. Tonight's debate, as aggressive as it may have been, probably won't send either campaign off the rails -- if anything, it'll just mean a whole lot of attention for one plumber in Ohio. Over/under on his Jay Leno appearance: one day. (Speaking of which, Biden is on Leno tomorrow and McCain tries to mend fences with Letterman.)

McCain was aggressive tonight, though sometimes looked almost mean. Obama was on defense and sometimes on his heels, looking a bit flustered at times. Obama made very few mentions of George Bush, while McCain threw everything but the kitchen sink, including Ayers, taxes and Obama's hatred of babies. There will probably be a whole lot more negativity from both sides before it's all done Nov. 4.

But will anything of that be remembered tomorrow? Most attention will go right back onto the Dow.
